Dot is the sister of Yvonne, number nine of eleven children. Dot joined the Health Center staff in 2000, after working at Kahuku Hospital. Dot is responsible for filing claims with various insurance companies and maintaining all patient accounts.

Born at Kahuku Hospital and a graduate of Kahuku High, she is a Red Raider for life. She married her high school sweetheart, Puifatu, and they have three children, Chazel, Malone and Mekeli. She enjoys all sports, especially volleyball and spending time with her family.
