If you have already been accepted to the University, you should pay the $50 non-refundable TVA processing fee to the cashier's office at BYUH Cashiers Office, BYUH #1955, 55-220 Kulanui St., Laie, HI 96762. You may also call (808)675-3724 to make a credit card payment by telephone between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm Hawaiian Standard Time.

If you are paying by check or money order, please include your name and BYUH identification number on the check. Please be sure to indicate on the check that your payment is for the TVA processing fee. After you have been accepted to the University, you will receive a confirmation letter with a survey attached. As soon as you receive that letter, return the survey ASAP in order to process your request for TVA. Payment of the $50 non-refundable processing fee does not guarantee a space in TVA. New applicants are placed on the TVA waitlist with the first day of class for the semester or term for which they are accepted as their primary eligiblity date. The date the $50 fee is received by the Cashiers is their secondary eligiblity date.

Due to the limited number of on-campus apartments and the number of current students requesting those apartments, all new TVA applicants are advised to plan on living off-campus for at least one to two semesters.
