The mission of Office of Compliance and Internal Audit Services is to support the University Administration, its line management, and others affiliated with the University in the effective achievement of the University's mission. Our long-term goal is to help assure the efficiency and success of Brigham Young University-Hawaii in providing a quality education and cultural experience to its students.

Office of Compliance and Internal Audit Services has four primary objectives:
1. Be a resource to help management achieve its objectives.
2. Conduct a broad scope of assurance and consulting activities focused on adding value to the University's operations.
3. Work participatively, as part of a team, to improve the University's operations.
4. Provide real-life audit work experience to as many students as possible to enhance their education. We will strive to evaluate the goals of "helping the students think clearly, communicate effectively and understand important ideas in their own cultures."
