Scholarship Requirements:

Minimum Cumulative GPA 3.0
Major: Any
Abide by the Honor Code of the University
Enrolled at BYU-Hawaii full time (12 credits per semester and 6 credits per term)
Demonstration of financial need
Attach a completed Financial Need Worksheet (included with the application form), and attach required documents, W-2's, etc.
If eligible, complete the FAFSA and attach a copy of the Student Aid Report (SAR) you receive from the Department of Education
Attach a typed, one-page essay to your application
Demonstration of Commitment to complete education
Evidence of scholastic ability and leadership potential

to the Financial Aid office by the deadline. LATE SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
